Summer
vacation
I
enjoy many kind of exercise in summer vacation, but jogging is my favorite. In
my secend year of senior high school summer vacation, I was stressed out from
too much school. Seeing this, my father not only encourage me but also advise
me to put my stressed in exercise. Since then, I’ve fallen in love with the way
jogging makes me feel. Besides, it doesn’t require a lot of equipment because
all I need is a good pair of shoes that can withstand a lot of wear and tear.
This summer jogging has
greatly influenced my life not only physically but also mentally. First off, I’ve
lost a lot of weight since I started jogging regularly. It’s a great way for me
to stay in shape. Secondly, whenever I have a bad day at school, I turn to this
activity to get a handle on things because jogging is calming and helps me put
everything into perpective.Thanks to jogging, this summer vacation I am better
able to manage stress as well as lead a healthy life.
Jogging was my best friend
in the vacation, it can really release me with all pain and upset.
